Ryanair targets 4.5m passengers as flights take off again


Ryanair expects to hold 4.5 million passengers this month because it begins flying 1,000 flights a day throughout Europe from Wednesday following greater than three months of Covid-19 journey bans.

In step with EU aviation and illness management authorities’ suggestions, the airline is making it necessary for crew and passengers to put on face masks on its flights, together with offering solely cashless inflight gross sales and asking travellers to convey fewer check-in luggage.

Group chief government Michael O’Leary stated that, from Wednesday, Ryanair would function 1,000 a flights a-day throughout its European community, round 40 per cent of regular July capability. The airline expects to hold 4.5 million passengers this month.
